I ordered from ecuagenera.com and it actually took much longer to arrive than I expected. When the box finally showed up, it looked beat up, and the packaging inside was messy with barely any protection. For what I paid in shipping, I expected a lot better. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

This got here way quicker than I expected, which almost made me wonder what kind of secret shipping operation they’ve got going on behind the scenes. But hey, everything arrived in good shape, no issues at all, so I’ll take the win.

I reached out to Ecuagenera a few times about my order and got almost nothing back. After waiting several days, I got one short reply, and then it went quiet again.

It’s frustrating because I wasn’t asking for anything complicated, just a basic update. Making customers chase you for simple information feels unnecessary.

I don’t expect instant responses, but this was way too slow for me. I probably wouldn’t order from them again unless their customer service improves.

The plants showed up mostly okay, kind of like a few I’ve picked up from local nurseries over the years. A couple of the leaves were a bit damaged, which was disappointing, but the roots looked healthy, so I think they’ll bounce back with some care...

Not gonna lie, I was happy with the prices on the plants I ordered from Ecuagenera. They seemed fair compared to a lot of other shops I’ve looked at. Shipping did add up a little, but overall the plants felt worth it. It wasn’t a perfect experience, but for what I got, I’d say it was still a good value

I ordered a few plants from Ecuagenera and, to be fair, the box showed up in decent shape. But the actual plants weren’t quite what I picked, and one of them was obviously not the one I selected. I’d seen a few people mention mix-ups before, so I guess I was already half-expecting something like this, and it definitely didn’t help change my mind.

They also swapped out another plant without checking with me first, which was frustrating. I understand stock can change, but I’d rather get a message before they ship something different. It wasn’t a total disaster, but it left me disappointed and feeling like my concerns were kind of confirmed.
